The Role
With exceptional people doing an exceptional job at Ignite, growth is inevitable. Due to this organic growth, we now have a very exciting role for an HR Coordinator within the highest performing department in the business! This role is fast paced and will be working to support the HR Business Partner in looking after the best interests of our employees across Australia.

  • Coordinate the new starter, departure and parental leave processes including issuing all new starter, exit interview and termination and parental leave process documentation and filing appropriately
  • Coordinate and facilitate exit interviews, and provide updates to the HR Business Partner and others as appropriate
  • Develop strong business partner relationships with management and staff to ensure that HR provides a pro-active and professional service to the key internal clients
  • Provide assistance to the HR Business Partner in developing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports including; sick leave reporting, turnover reporting, exit interview trend reporting, salary and commission reports and ad hoc staff reporting as required
  • Be the first point of contact for WHS related queries
  • Assist the HR Business Partner in reviewing and updating policies and procedures on an ad-hoc basis
  • In consultation with the HR Business Partner, coordinate the HR Events Calendar (i.e. performance reviews, staff surveys, awards etc.)
