Who We Are

The Role
This new role has been created within the On-Demand division with the purpose of key account management, of contract translation, project transitioning, invoicing and analytical review. There is additional scope in providing management with reporting on market trends and movements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly processing of project dashboards and submissions to relevant departments
  • Process analysis, process improvement and change management (drive business change outcomes via Shared Service business support functions – IT, Accounts and Finance)
  • Understand and interpret client contracts to ensure compliant processes
  • Assist in project coordination with initial project documentation and ongoing administration of these projects
  • Follow up with dashboard approvals and provide reporting to management and sales team
  • Dispute management with clients on invoicing and conduct
