Ignite is currently going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a new Recruitment Resourcer to support a well-established & busy Account Manager in our Information Management division.

The objective of the role is to provide assistance to a highly successful Account Manager by identifying and placing Information Management candidates & professionals into appropriate roles with a well-established client base. Your part is to work closely with candidates to assist them in their placement process.
If you are not an experienced Recruitment Consultant, full training and mentoring is provided to make you as effective as possible through structured courses, formal classroom training, workshops, one-on-one coaching and online learning. To succeed in the role, you will have very good:
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Ideally 2-3 years professional working experience
- Ideally hold a Tertiary level understanding of Information Management
- Ideally have Industry experience in Information Management & data collection/storage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity, diligence and honesty.
- Self-organisational skills
- Capability to work under some pressure at times (we do get busy)
- Ability to fit into the team – the team is collegiate, warm and welcoming work environment and we want to keep it that way.

The role is full time and permanent. The package will be negotiated and remuneration is flexible but includes an attractive salary plus a potential bonus component.
