Team Leaders have proven experience and talent for leading teams to achieve outcomes. Ignite currently need  a new and experienced Team Leader to mentor, develop and motivate a well established Recruitment team with their  financial accountability, creativity and overall drive for sales strategies whilst establishing high levels of personal performance, accountability and striving for a culture of exceptional customer service to result in positive financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities will be to develop and maintain positive working relationships which build collaboration and deliver results, including:
  • Building productive relationships amongst management peers.
  • Building solid relationships throughout the organisation
  • Taking a collaborative approach to solving organisational problems and challenges, including the removal of silos.
  • Role models candid and collaborative leadership by fostering an open communication style.
  • Influences for integration and business improvements to optimise results.
Cultivating productive relationships which optimise market knowledge and enhance Ignite and reach:
  • Build personal brand online to attract prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Attend industry events and functions where relevant in order to grow knowledge and build relationships.
  • Staying abreast of emerging trends and opportunities with current clients and targeted industry sectors.
  • Develop effective internal and external relationships to facilitate and share market knowledge.
Developing and implementing processes and structure. Introducing and supervising the changes required, and controlling and managing budgets:
  • Report and interpret P&L in line with revenue and team/ BD targets.
  • Anticipates consequences in decision-making, including their impact on service delivery and function.
  • Anticipates, plans and manages change within own team. Works to drive structural, team and functional efficiencies as they emerge.
Recognises opportunities and acts efficiently at the appropriate moment and within given deadlines:
  • Takes personal responsibility for achieving team, regional or organisational objectives.

  • Regularly follows up and communicates with direct reports to foster trust and monitor team or regional developments.
  • Communicates how team contributes to organisational success and is a role model for the vision and goals of the business.
  • Sets, monitors and reviews individual and team targets, acts to correct performance, works flexibly with KPIs and activity levels to drive and challenge results.
Furthermore, you will Generate and cultivate sales leads by pursuing sales pipeline and engagement channels, including:
  • Generate job leads through recruitment activities such as cold calling, call cycle and pipeline management, running promotional campaigns and advertising materials etc.
  • Develop and agree client sales plans and prospect lists in line with team objectives.
  • Effectively penetrate common types of resistance on sales calls whether from prospects, candidates or clients.
  • Use client focused inquiry to lead conversation and uncover/ map opportunities for future business opportunities.
Planning and delivering on sales strategy
  • Sets, monitors and reviews individual and team targets, acts to correct performance, works flexibly with KPIs and activity levels to drive and challenge results.
  • Ensures team members approach sales prospects with adequate training, structure and approach. Uses metrics to accurately pipeline and forecast sales activities amongst team.
  • Segment and profile market in terms of size, potential, hiring trends and prospective users of recruitment services.
  • Monitors and makes enquiries on client development and pipeline, supports team members to grow and penetrate accounts.
