Ignite has over 25 years of experience in the Perth recruitment sector. We supply contract and permanent staff to Utilities, Federal and Local Government, and the Private Sector.

We are working with a client here in Perth who have a need for some electrical testing and tagging work to be completed.  The work itself is due to start on the 6th July, and at this stage likely to run for around 6 weeks or so.  There may be further work beyond this too.

If you’re an Electrical gun, that would seem fairly straight forward.

However, here’s the catch.  They need someone with a Baseline Government Security clearance, as you’ll be working on a site that’s restricted.  As such, you’ll also be an Australian Citizen, as it’s a federal government site.  Unfortunately, that security clearance is one of those non-negotiables.

The work is located about 30 minutes south of Perth, and isn’t near public transport, so you would need your own transport to get there.

If you’re from an Electrical background, have quals in Testing and Tagging, hold a Baseline Security Clearance, and are available at fairly short notice, send through your resume by clicking on Apply Now.

The global pandemic has changed our working lives for the foreseeable future, but opportunities will come to those that chase them.

My entrepreneurial client is a small data science and “smart solutions” consultancy with access to offshore resources. They have identified an opportunity in the market to collaborate with a talented individual from a management consulting background to leverage their existing networks and local contacts.

The aim of this role is to provide you with a contract employment vehicle to provide some financial support whilst you find and win work. You would then transition into a delivery lead with support of the firm’s on and offshore resources.

This is an opportunity for a well-connected professional in the Management Consulting arena who is longing to “get back on the tools”. You will have been a successful Data Science /AI practice lead (or similar) who is adept in all aspects of pre-sales functions; scoping, discovery, quoting, as well as leading engagements.

Please upload your CV in MS Word format and I will contact you to discuss your circumstances and whether this opportunity could work for you.
