Level 2 Help Desk Support

Currently looking for a skilled Level 2 Support engineer to work for one of our clients based in Melbourne (Metro).

Job Description:

This role requires onsite attendance 5 days / week to resolve L1,2 incidents. The tasks that need to be undertaken include;

  • Troubleshooting
  • problem solving

  • Maintaining desktop, printers, Citrix thin clients and peripherals.

Key Duties,

About Job

This is a central role to drive, maintain and improve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the clients service desk team, this role is responsible for assisting clients (primarily barristers) with common IT problems and ensuring their experience is positive. Key responsibilities involve communication with clients, understanding their needs and presenting them with solutions.

This role involves providing level 1 and 2 IT services primarily through telephone support but may also involve responding to requests by email or in person.

Junior Service/Project Coordinator

This position requires to handle front-end communications customers (internal and external), addressing services-related requests and managing service escalations. The main tasks include: analysis of a service support request, collaborating with different teams & service providers to bring resolution. The Business Analyst will be responsible for a full range of business analysis tasks including requirements planning and management; requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation; and capturing existing business processes and
