I am working with a newly-formed Federal Government organisation to source an Information Management Specialist.

This is a contract position, due to start at the end of November and go through until 31 March 2023.  Several extension options have been budgeted for. 

In this position, be responsible for:
  • Upgrading the organisation's Sharepoint from the 2016 version to the 2019 version. The new version of Sharepoint will be required to ingest records from a pre-defined structure in Sharepoint 2016.
  • Once the records are in the new version of the system, the records will be extracted from Sharepoint 2019 and stored in CM9.
  • Assisting with defining the information architecture to support Sharepoint 2019.
  • Ensuring that the implementation is compliant with NAA's principles and guidelines

  • Have experience with information management transformation within a large organisation
  • Be experienced with data ingestion from Sharepoint 2016 to Sharepoint 2019
