The most important part of working is to be paid isn’t it? It’s one of the reasons why we go to work each day.  A company’s payroll team are our favourite people as they ensure we all get paid. On time.  Like clockwork.

Ignite is a current supplier of contract and permanent staff to the Utilities, Engineering, and Local Government sectors across Perth and Western Australia.
We are currently supporting one of our clients to recruit a Payroll Officer.  They employ over 2,500 people, which is a lot of people to pay, and hence why they need your help!

The key points of the role that you’ll want to know:
The role is very much a processing focused role – entering payroll data, such as timesheet info and reimbursements etc into their system.  The system is Ellipse, however if you’re a gun on other payroll software you’ll be able to pick this up quite quickly.  Some of your other duties would include:
Ignite has had a long-term recruitment partnership with this organisation, and our contractors within the business consistently provide exceptional feedback.  Their offices are close to public transport, and offers modern facilities for its employees and contractors.

If you match the above criteria and are looking to join this well-known company, please submit your details by clicking on Apply Now.  Please note, the successful applicant must hold a current police clearance as terms of your employment.
