Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years of related IT work experience in a large-scale corporate environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of working in a large managed services environment.
  • Qualification and experience in ITIL particularly within Incident and Problem Management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills to connect with and lead diverse cross-functional teams, and to present to Senior Executives in a user-friendly, non-technical manner.

Each chosen career type will be featured in a 1 minute video, highlighting the chosen pathway, reason for choosing a career in METS or minerals and energy, and the talent’s experiences of working in the sector.  In addition to face-to-camera footage, other footage of the talent within a social context or their workplace will be included to provide context to young people, teachers and career advisors around the nature of work within that career.
