Design Authority Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Design Authority Coordinator for a government organisation to provide essential support to a variety of PMO support and administrative activities.

Are you available immediately Full-Time for next 3 months?

As a Design Authority Coordinator, you will provide administrative and technical skills to facilitate the Design Authority forum.
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Support the PMO Manager with managing the reporting process (including clearance by relevant stakeholders) for Program governance groups
  • Support the PMO Manager in the development of Program meeting papers
Desirable
  • 4 Years professional experience in Project Coordination role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with supporting people with a disability to maximise participation in community
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient writing skills and strong communication
 
System Knowledge
  • Competency, or ability to develop competency, in consistently applying assessment tools to identify support needs
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Competency with IT systems
 
Entry Level checks will be required for all successful candidates and dependent on the role the appropriate working with children and/or vulnerable people checks may need to be undertaken as per State Legislation.
