APS 4 Fraud Policy Officer

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Directors with day to day management and coordination of fraud policies and document controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide team members with technical knowledge and guidance on the document control policies and procedures
  • Ensure fraud related documentation including guidelines, templates, registers and policies are maintained and updated online with the Agency’s standards
  • Maintain the fraud and compliance document control register for the Directors as directed
  • Undertake research and inquires for the fraud team
  • Assist with other administrative tasks accordingly such as procurement, invoicing and IT applications
Background:
  • Ability to synthesise and analyse information and make decisions
  • Qualification in relation to Fraud Control (e.g. Certificate IV in Government Fraud Control) or equivalent
  • Experience in document management and document control administration services, preferably within a public sector environment

You must be an Australian Citizen with a willingness to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance to apply.
