Our Federal Government client is seeking a candidate with strong financial accounting expertise in a property environment:
- Organising and reporting budget and other performance/financial information
- Preparation of monthly expenditures and management reports
- Assist with month-end accounts, forecasts and budgets
- Liaise with internal staff members to provide project expenditure reports and other financial information
- Assist as a backup for other finance team members
- Current Government experience; ideally in a property/construction environment
- Demonstrated experience in the use of SAP and/or government accounting
- Accounting and financial experience, including budgeting and monthly management reporting
- Relevant knowledge of and experience in property and/or project accounting.
- Any relevant education or professional qualifications, such as CPA or CA qualification, (or progress towards) would be an advantage.
- Baseline Security clearance
