APS4/5 Administrative Assistant and Policy Coordination Officer - ACT

Our client is seeking an APS4/5 Administrative Assistant and Policy Coordination Officer to provide support to Executive Assistants and Executive Officers.
This contract is initially 6 months with a possibility of extension.

Duties will include:
  • Supporting policy officers by maintaining and adding records on their behalf to the record management system
  • Supporting the onboarding of staff through the drafting of procurement plans and RFQs
  • Providing support to the Taskforce to meet its internal reporting obligations
  • Providing policy coordination support and responding to a variety of requests, such as input to speeches and briefs

To be successful you will have the following:
  • A Baseline Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Understanding of TRIM records management system and procurement processes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
