We are seeking a skilled Recruitment and HR Administrative Officer to join a governmental organization and play a key role in supporting the recruitment processes and general HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the client's recruitment processes and procedures such as contracts management
• Manage multiple recruitment in-boxes and respond to applicant queries
• Process recruitment data using an e-recruitment system
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the HR team
• Manage the administrative aspects of volunteer, internship, trainee, and work experience programs
• Support other HR projects and areas as required
Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience with recruitment processes and related activities
• Ability to produce quality work within tight deadlines
• Ability to use a financial management system
• Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm to seek and implement continuous improvement in processes and procedures and adapt to a changing environment
• Well-developed understanding of the privacy and confidentiality requirements related to recruitment and HR-related activities
