Our client, a key Social Policy agency, is seeking an APS4 Payments and Administration Officer to apply policy, principles, practices and procedures to achieve outcomes.

- Investigating and resolving outstanding payment requests that have been rejected
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment enquiries
- Processing manual payments to providers and self-managed participants
- Working to resolve payment issues, guided by legislation, policies and standards
To be successful you will have the following:
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a high-volume processing environment is ideal
- Ability to manage demanding and changing workloads with competing priorities
- Strong communication skills
