APS5 Member and Senator Contact Support Officer

Our client, a large federal government agency is seeking an experienced APS5 Member and Senator Contact Support Officer to join their growing team.
Your duties may include but won’t be limited to:
  • Manage the MASCO team email inbox and record complaints in the business systems.
  • Contact the relevant stakeholders to confirm the receipt of the referred complaint and gather relevant information.
  • Summarise the information gathered and assign the case to a team member to resolve.
To be successful you will have:
  • Ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
  • Ability to synthesise and analyse information and make decisions.
  • Experience working in a customer service role or a complaint management role.
