Account / Project Coordinator - All Rounder

The Role

As our Account Administrator / Project Coordinator, you will be able to translate contracts, hold great customer service skills where you can offer solutions, invoicing and have an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly processing of project dashboards and submissions to relevant departments
  • Able to interpret client contracts to ensure compliant processes are in place, your eye for detail will be needed
  • Assist in project coordination with initial project documentation and ongoing administration of these projects
  • Follow up with dashboard approvals and provide reporting to management and sales team
  • Dispute management with clients on invoicing and purchase orders
  • Vendor management to maintain good supplier relationships and manage their queries
About YOU!
  • You show initiative in taking responsibility to achieve an outcome, ask all the questions you need to succeed in this role!
  • Great administration and Excel skills
  • Career progression into either Service Delivery Management or Business Development available down the track
  • Your analytical thinking with get you far in this role
  • You will have IT/Telecommunications / Sales Industry experience preferred
  • You will be managing invoices, but not processing
  • Your bubbly and friendly personality will fit right in the team
