Account Director - Radio Access Network

In this senior role, you will be required to build relationships of trust and confidence with a major account to create customer value and win a larger part of their business. 
 
The role requires premium, large account management skills and experience with a demonstrable knowledge in Radio Access Network technologies and emerging themes.  Your presence on the account will require a high level of engagement, influence and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. 
 
 A senior sales professional in this space, you have high level account planning skills You will be able to demonstrate a growth mindset and success in developing and maintaining long-term relationships whilst building new customer relationships within a challenging, dynamic industry context.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maximize customer relationships and loyalty
  • Create and build on sales opportunities that will generate profitability
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers’ needs and objectives
  • Lead specialized conversations across RAN and related RAN services
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
  • The role also includes optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable seamless transition to operations
 
Key Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Business, Master of Science or similar
  • Strong RAN infrastructure domain experience
  • Extensive, long-term experience of relationship sales and client facing account management.
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
  • You will need to have customer and market insight as well as strong negotiation skills
