Accounts Payable Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Payable Officer to work with one of their key accounts in the FMCG sector. Based in Ballarat, this is a contract opportunity from late April until late December 2020. 

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills & experience:
  • Previous experience in a F&A BPO or any other industry in accounting field
  • Ability to communicate with accuracy and clarity both verbally and written
  • Aptitude for understanding and solving problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • End to end understanding of the accounts payable function
  • Customer service focus
  • Self motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Excellent systems skills, experience using SAP/Oracle or similar ERPs an advantage
  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Experience in FMCG an advantage
