Main Responsibilities will Include:
- Clerical duties, including scanning and filing, answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Database maintenance and data entry
- Arranging meeting room, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies, arranging catering
- Other ad hoc duties such as formatting documents
Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 years’ experience providing administrative support
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A sense of urgency and proactive approach in driving outcomes and resolving issues
- You take pride in your work, showing initiative and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, fantastic time keeping skills and a proactive nature
- Flexible assignments, both short and long term
- Develop your skillset to help you work your way to a higher-level role
