Administration/Recruitment Officer - Docklands

Our client is seeking multiple Recruitment Officers to join their high-performing, responsive and professional team.

The role requires you to apply recruitment knowledge and expertise to undertake recruitment activities, development and implementation of staff recruitment activities, provide advice on a range of recruitment policies.

The role will also assist with the advertising of job vacancies, selection and onboarding of staff through the application of sound recruitment and selection practices.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage priorities and completes moderately complex recruitment activities within timeframes and quality requirements
  • Provide advice, guidance and offer support to stakeholders in relation to recruitment activities, exchanging information and working within legislative and policy frameworks
  • Analyse, maintain and manage data from a variety of sources
  • Understand and interpret recruitment legislation, policies and guidelines to determine the appropriate course of action to meet changing stakeholder needs
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide a clear understanding of desired outcomes and keep them informed of progress and issues
To be considered, you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Knowledge of recruitment legislation, policies and guidelines
  • Experience with Acendre (eRecruitment) and workflow management systems
  • Previous customer service experience of a high level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
