Administration Officer

Our client is seeking an Administration Officer to undertake general administrative tasks with a specific focus on room checks and event set ups. You may also be required to spend time on the service desk from time to time to assist with inquires as required.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Be responsible for records on internal systems to verify and ensure accuracy of data
  • Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Under general direction, perform administrative and procedural tasks
  • Understand specific stakeholder needs and interpret a variety of legislation, policies and procedures
  • Participate in the development and training activities
To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or building management
  • Client-focused with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Communicates effectively in order to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment to achieve set business outcomes
  • Proactively organises their workload and is solution-focused
  • Attention to detail is also critical in this role.
Please note: This role requires
  • Current driver's license is highly regarded
  • Physical ability: the successful applicant will be required to frequently walk and take stairs, as well as lifting, moving tables and bending etc.
