Administrative Support Officer APS3

A great opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills working in a team environment.

This role is dynamic and varied where you will be assigned tasks by priority and urgency. An ability to deal with highly sensitive information is a must.
You will be undertaking a range of legal tasks which include but not limited to:
  • Preparing files, materials and conducting research activities
  • Data entry, filing, meeting coordination and records management
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drafting documents and lodgement of legal files
  • Organising video conferences, interpreter services and translation
  • Work towards achieving the teams objectives
  • General office duties
  • Working towards achieving team objectives
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
To be considered for this role, you will need to be an Australian citizen and ideally come from a legal administration background. However candidates with the following attributes will also be considered.

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbally
  • High level administration skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn new systems
