Application Packaging Coordinator - Contract - ASAP

As an Application Packaging Coordinator, you will coordinate the continuous development and enhancement of relevant processes, standards, procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate scheduling of the service components that support application presentation services or requirements
  • Provide support to the Applications Packaging Manager to ensure that the overall strategy and quality of Application presentation services contractual obligations held
  • Identify, develop process and procedures across all phases of Application Presentation
  • Document Technical and Business Process Changes in process and procedure document that support the application presentation processes
  • Coordinate appropriate allocation of activities (inclusive of change coordinator) to support the end to end service
  • Provide service estimates for BAU and project delivery activities
  • Report application presentation progress and ensures service quality is adhered and is delivered to any OLA or SLA
  • Identify, record and manage risk
  • Primary contact point on the end to end application presentation processes and procedures
  • Coordinate the delivery of service components to other internal or external 3rd party teams
  • Use service delivery processes efficiently, effectively and accurately
  • Identify, advise, raise and coordinated service improvement initiatives then report to management
Profile
  • Professional documentation skills for use in technical documents
  • Microsoft SCCM 2012 related to deployment and integration of Applications
  • Confidence to run meetings and liaise with major clients or 3rd party vendor
  • Proven ability to manage escalations or urgent requirements successfully
  • Proven ability to manage and communicate with Stakeholders, and Business Analysis and Development teams
  • Excellent knowledge of current operating systems based on the Microsoft and Apple OS
  • Strong ability to manage Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management activities
  • Strong knowledge of varying desktop, laptop, mobility and peripheral devices
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for software conflicts.
