About the role
Level 3 Application Support Analyst role will work on production support activities for Banking domain based on CA ESP.
  • Administrating Day to Day Scheduler.
  • Performing root cause analysis, identify permanent resolution and investigate capacity and performance related issues
  • Implementing proposed change that can potentially reduce cost or improve performance
  • Monitoring SNOW/Remedy queue for day-to-day issues
  • Managing P1/P2/P3/P4 outages and issues.
  • Working with Architects, Vendors, and Operations team for the Patch implementation.
Skills and Experience:  
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst
  • Strong knowledge in CA ESP Batch Scheduling tool.
  • Experience in Installation of new ESP Agents, troubleshooting and access provisioning.
  • Experience in scheduler client installation.
