What’s the role?


We are looking for semi - experienced consultants to grow warm desks in Data, Security, Software Development, Cloud and Project Services and Government. You will be working with an experienced industry Manager who can provide introductions to many clients and get your portfolio growing as soon as possible.

The capacity in which you would operate would start in a 360 role progressing into Account Management with a National Resourcing Centre to assist with filling your roles. We measure your success via outcomes not KPI’s.

Who you are?

You will find yourself with experience in recruitment either in a 360 position or resourcing wanting to move into a client facing recruitment role. You will also ideally have experience recruiting in the IT space.

  • Strong communication skills including influencing and negotiation.
  • Experience. You understand the recruitment process and have experience in a previous Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role – perhaps ready for the switch from internal to external recruitment.
  • Resilience, a competitive drive and the ability to nurture long lasting client and candidate relationships.
