Bid Co-coordinator

About the Client

This large-scale telecommunications company located in North Sydney is looking for someone to join their Enterprise and Government team.  
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders and sales & Marketing ream negotiate around roadblocks as they arise
  • Tracking and reporting of deal progress and all administration activities within the Bid cycle
  • This role requires the ability to multi-task and at times, drive a number of bid projects simultaneously while managing the expectations of a broad range of stakeholders
Requirement to be successful
  • Have previous experience as a bid coordinator, team coordinator, sales coordinator role
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • A Team player seeing the success of the team and their colleagues, works well with and supports the work of their colleagues, gives and shares credit for success.
  • With strategic mindset and ability to balance theory and practice.
  • Experience of following or managing a bid process with formal and informal reviews
