Seeking a Business/System Analyst to work within a large federal government department. You will work on a portfolio, which comprises an ecosystem of user interfaces, reporting and business intelligence tools that enable users to manage, view and interrogate data relating to programs, projects, domains and a range of other capabilities.
Role specifics:
• NV1 Security clearance is required.
• Contract initially until 30th June 2024 with possible extensions.
• Canberra, Russell.
• Full time on site.
Duties:
• Perform research, interviews and business workshops to determine business requirements and then translate requirements into suitable artefacts.
• Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit business requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
• Identify, investigate, problem solve and deliver on continuous improvement opportunities.
Demonstrated experience:
• Experience in a similar environment.
• At least 5 year’s recent experience as a Business or System Analyst.
• Delivering these services within a Commonwealth Government environment.
• Analysis, documenting and communicating complex business applications to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
