Business Development Manager

Our client is a leading Australian Manufacturer of Vertical Storage Systems and Vertical Carousels who is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to be based out of their West Sydney office. The successful candidate will have a 'Can Do' mentality, possess a hunger for success, experience with building strong relationships, confidence and ability to close new business opportunities. 

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Closing new business sales
  • Develop and maintain a client database
  • Implement and execute sales initiatives to generate leads
  • Follow up online and phone inquiries
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding sales budgets

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in On Road Sales
  • Verified track record of Achieving and Exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with Sales Metrics, Targets and KPI’s
  • Hunters Mentality
  • Confident and Self-Motivated
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Relationship Building
  • Polished and presentable Appearance
  • Current NSW Driver’s License
