The Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will manage a desk with the freedom to create a brand-new portfolio of commercial clients. With new market opportunities identified showing positive signs of significant growth within the IT & Digital space, now is the time to build a strong business with the help of a National Resource Centre and experienced leadership team.

Leveraging of our previous relationships and existing clients within the business, this opportunity has unlimited (and uncapped!) commissions to be earned!
Your experience and skills will include:
  • Proven experience in developing a successful sales strategy from lead generation through to targeted placements
  • Experience in developing national strategic account management plans
  • The ability to cross sell Technology & Talent Solutions
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding activity and sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build your personal brand and leverage that to develop relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong knowledge of the technology market
  • Resilient, positive and a drive to succeed
  • The ability to work with and contribute to a successful national team
  • Enjoy the thrill of chasing and securing new business opportunities.
