The Business Improvment officer will
1. Analyse business information
2. Analyse processes and identify evidence-based business priorities, initiatives, and improvements.
3. Ensure analysis is undertaken within the context of a strong understanding of industrial relations in a government context.
4. Coordinate and manage the development and implementation of the project plan.
5. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management.
6. Provide expert advice, reports and submissions to Executive and Management to support project development
