Business Operations Manager - Property and Logistics

Working in the central Strawberry Hill, you will play a major role in the Property and Logistics team by initiating and refining the 5 year plan for programs and services. You will be providing policy and strategic advice to improve business operations, problem solving and issuing resolutions, and project managing the implementation of the changes to the service delivery model. Reporting to the General Manager of Property and Logistics you will also be liaising with both internal and external stake holder and committees at all levels.
To be successful for this role you will need:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or significant relevant experience
  • Experience with project management, change management/transformation
  • Have the ability to negotiate and liaise with all level stake holders
  • Ability to address and meet the focus capabilities
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and work to strict deadlines
  • Be results driven and pride yourself on the outcomes
