About the role

You will use your fantastic customer / stakeholder management skills to support both internal and external clients by providing all-round administrative and project facilitation assistance to a number of different teams within the unit.
  • Step up to make relevant decisions for various projects!
  • Gain a holistic knowledge of the agency by supporting a number of different departments as needed!
  • Coordinate and schedule project tasks to deliver on time and on budget!
  • Be flexible and adapt to organise competing priorities and requirements!
 
Skills & experience
  • MUST hold a valid NSW Drivers Licence!
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably within government departments / agencies, including local councils.
  • Amazing communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Be able to handle conflicting priorities, meet non-negotiable deadlines and successfully juggle multiple tasks.
  • Have excellent computer skills, especially with the entire MS Office Suite.
  • Extensive experience with financial purchasing, accounting and document management systems.
  • Understanding of facilitating and producing business, operational and financial reporting.
