Business Support Officer APS3

As an APS3 Business Support Officer you will provide a broad range of office administration and customer service tasks. 

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing of emails and calendar systems for local office and multiple staff.
  • Coordinate appointments and meeting where necessary
  • Ensuring the office facilities are neat and appropriately prepared for each participant.
  • Completing records related to participant plans.
  • Undertaking a range of data entry responsibilities.
  • Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback
To be considered for this role:
  • Demonstrated 1 to 2 years’ experience in office duties.
  • Possess strong administrative,
  • Data Entry with high level of accuracy
  • MS Office including Word, Outlook & PowerPoint essential
  • Experience managing multiple diaries
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work within the team and adaptable to a changing environment
Entry Level checks will be required and working with children and/or vulnerable people checks may need to be undertaken
