Our client, a key Social Policy agency, is seeking an APS3 Business Support Officer to provide high quality management of administrative duties and organisational tasks.
The contract is initially for 12 months with a possible extension.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinate appointments
- Collate and record information
- Book Office facilities
- Data entry tasks including accurately recording information
- Providing information as part of a general inquiries team
- Managing team inbox and appointnment / calendars
- Provide general admin support
- Experience in office duties including coordination of the use of office facilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills with well-developed interpersonal skills
