Business Support Officer-APS4

The Business Support Officer will support the state Quality team by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, organising and coordinating meetings, undertaking moderately complex technical tasks and actively contributing to the team’s performance. Working collaboratively within the state quality team to assist with day to day administration and quality assurance functions
Be responsible for high level administrative assistance to support day to day activities within the team.
 Responsibilities include:
  • Provide thorough information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level administrative support to their state Quality team
  • Work under limited direction
  • Undertake research and contribute to reports as required
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that is high paced / regularly changing
  • Experience using client databases / records managements systems
  • Ability to analyse data, identify audit trends and provide recommendations to resolve errors
  • Strong time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry
  • Other duties as requested by line manager
