The Role
 
You will specialise in recruiting positions within the Business Support and Professional Services industries (non IT roles). You will also have access to warm clients as well as a shared Resourcer making it easier to fill open roles. This is a fast-paced desk suited to someone willing to challenge themselves and who enjoys the thrill of chasing new business opportunities and have the ability to move fast in the market to secure high demand candidates.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Determine appropriate sourcing methods to maximise expenditure and reduce time to hire.
  • Use your existing networks within the commercial and/or government space to develop long term client relationships.
  • Build new client partnerships within your vertical
  • Partner with both candidates and Hiring Managers during the decision-making process, resolving concerns and managing objections promptly.
  • Develop effective internal and external relationships to facilitate and share market knowledge.
 
 
Your experience will include:
 
  • Demonstrated exceptional experience within the recruitment industry, ideally specialising in recruiting non-IT roles.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated
  • Outcomes focussed
  • Demonstrated high level organisational skills including time management and record management
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • The drive and passion to contribute towards building a high performance culture
