The Business Support Officer will be the first point of contact within the office, managing telephone enquiries, reception duties and appointments.

- Provide reception support
- Coordinating appointments
- Management of email
- Coordinate and organise executive meetings
- reports and correspondence.
- Data Entry including updating and recording information in the database.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Have an eye for detail and an ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Proficient with MS Office and IT systems.
