Call Centre Operator

We are currently recruiting customer service superstars for contract based positions in Regents Park!

If you can easily adapt to new environments, enjoy variety in your work, and are available for a 24/7 rotating roster, then this could be the opportunity for you!

Selection Criteria:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience in high volume contact centre
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Non restricted work rights
  • Available for a 24/7 rotating roster, 38 hours per week
  • Must be fully vaccinated and happy to work on site at Regents Park 5 days a week
Key skills:
  • Good phone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Experience in high volume environment
  • Happy to work short term contract
