Calling all Administrative Support Officers for multiple Government positions!

Ignite is currently recruiting for Administrative Support Officers for contract-based positions within multiple government sectors in the Sydney CBD and surrounds.


If you pride yourself on your ability to multitask and respond to pressure in fast-paced environments, excel in supporting senior staff members, have prior administrative experience in the legal sector, and have strong interpersonal skills – this may be the role for you!


Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Document management, photocopying, and lodging/filing legal documents
  • Drafting legal documents aligning with legislative frameworks
  • Preparing materials for senior staff members
  • Engaging in basic research activities
  • Liaising and building rapport with internal and external parties within a legal setting
  • Working within a team

Selection Criteria:

  • Prior experience in a legal administration role is a MUST    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced Word and Excel skills
  • Responsive and adaptable to high pressure environments
  • Able to meet tight and/or changing deadlines
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team
  • Non-restricted work rights
  • Baseline clearance is non-negotiable for this role
