Ignite is working with a respected and high-profile commercial client operating in Canberra, seeking to hire an experienced Caretaker for a permanent opportunity.
In this role, you will be providing friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to all tenants through positive interaction and investigating tenant’s concerns with regard to their tenancy, building or precinct, in a timely manner.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Working with customer service offices to ensure information (day-to-day activities and daily building inspections) is accurately reported and escalated when necessary
  • Responding to all customer enquires in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Investigating maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors as necessary
  • Identifying and assessing risks to the business including reviewing and processing incident and WHS Hazard reports
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Leadership skills
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Industrial White Card
  • Driver’s license
