Change Manager

Our client is a government owned organisation seeking to engage an experienced Change Manager to be a part of their digital transformation journey.  You will lead the change management agenda across projects and be responsible for developing and executing the organisational change management program. 

Canberra and Sydney (preferred)
Brisbane, Melbourne

Length of contract:
24 months fixed term contract

Key responsibilities: 
  • Lead change management planning and processes, ensuring setting and achievements of key milestones.
  • Develop strategies to reduce change resistance among impacted groups.
  • Create coaching and mentoring plans for leaders to execute during the change process.
  • Work with key leaders and SMEs in the business to ensure readiness for change among key impacted groups.
Required skills, qualifications and experience: 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft – ppt, excel, word
  • Certificates in change management from a recognised body preferred
  • Experience with working in a large organisation leading and delivering people focused change programs
