We are seeking an IT portfolio Change Manager, to work within an IT Division executive leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for all organisational change and communication activities in the division.
The Contract is initially 11 months with 1 x 12-month extension
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • You will lead all aspects of business change management for the IT portfolio.
  • Implementing activities and developing communication products
  • Providing strategic advice to project teams and sponsors on emerging risks and treatments to minimise impact of project deliverables on end users. 
  • Developing productive relationships with project members and stakeholders using influencing skills to ensure they meet project deliverables whilst managing their expectations.
  • Managing and implementing change activities, working cooperatively with project members, business clients, HR, L&D and corporate communication staff to ensure success of all the change management levers. 
To be successful in this role, you should process the following:
  • 5 + years of experience in organisational change management program design and implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively persuade and influence at all levels
  • Ability to quickly understand technical information and translate it into plain English, suitable for your audience
  • Experience working in complex and dynamic environments
  • Ability to work as part of a small team, across various project teams
