Compliance Officer - Parramatta

The focus of this role is to manage and drive compliance across a complex number of areas.
  • Managed and drive a complex case load ensuring actions are taken and timeframes are met
  • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate information and manage risk
  • Deal with complex information and activities and mitigate risk
  • Undertake investigation and evaluation of information including fraud and litigation support
  • Present well structured and succinct information in a professional manner
  • Other duties as required
  • Minimum relevant tertiary qualifications in taxation, law, accounting, commerce or economics
  • An understanding of the taxation environment
  • Experience in compliance including fraud investigation or prosecution
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Consistently behave in an honest, ethical and professional manner
