About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring value for money is achieved through the effective performance and assurance management of Partner Contracts within their allocated portfolio. The position will undertake contract management activities within a portfolio of Partner contracts, including regular engagement with Partner representatives. It will manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Undertaking ongoing contract management activities including partner establishment, performance management and reporting, contract administration, variations and extensions management and contract close out activities.
  • Supporting governance, assurance and record keeping over agreements including ensuring information management, financial management, risk management and operational management requirements.
  • Developing and leading individual continuous improvement projects and change management activities including procedures and processes, systems and knowledge management.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with stakeholders, including Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Undertaking ongoing reviews of Partner agreements to ensure compliance to branch procedures, accurate and high quality data and systems compliance.
  • Responding to enquiries, issues, disputes, requests for information, departmental brief requirements and ongoing reporting as required.
  • Attending meetings and calls as a representative on agreement matters and effectively advocating the position of the agency.
About you
  • Relevant experience in contract management and/or contract administration.
  • Ability to establish and develop strong business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with continuous improvement projects and change management.
