Contract and Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Experience preparing procurement documentation including Statement of Requirements and internal briefs
  • Preparation of contract delivery documentation including progress payment claims, key performance indicators and meeting minutes
  • Preparation of contract review outcomes
  • Provision of recommendation for a new procurement process
  • Other duties as required
Your background:
  • Relevant qualifications including procurement/contract qualifications and/or engineering qualifications
  • Experience tender scoping and producing technical specification requirements
  • Ability to meet the requirements of the project on time
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience in a commercial organisation
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Permanent residency status essential
