About the Role 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused candidate to join our Contact Centre Team. This role is ideally suited to someone who has experience in Administration or Care looking to make a career change as this is a great opportunity to transfer your skills into an office environment.
This is a full time position with flexible hours ranging from Monday-Sunday from 8.30am-7.00pm, helping to ensure your work life balance. This role offers an hourly rate of $26.14 + super (plus overtime rates) with plenty of opportunity for career progression. This position would suit a recent university leaver, newly established resident, may suit someone currently studying flexibly part time or even someone looking for varied hours. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Resolving any client queries or issues in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Answering telephone and email queries on retirement living from potential residents and their families
  • Building rapport and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance procedures are met for each customer to contribute to the companies positive and trustworthy reputation
  • Managing customer feedback & suggest process improvements for the future
  • Working closely with the team to create a positive work environment
  • Manage the aftersales process and service level agreements to enhance the customer experience
Skills & Experience 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Friendly, empathetic and warm demeanour
  • Superior organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to develop, conduct & analyse customer survey feedback
  • Have a degree or be currently studying for a degree
  • Excellent presentation and service skills
