Customer Relationship Consultant

An exciting opportunity is available in a south east location for a Customer Relationship Consultant. I am seeking candidates with a proven track record in high level Customer Service and Sales within a retail, manufacturing and/or distribution environment. You will be part of a dynamic B2B team who work collaboratively and are focused on ensuring customer satisfaction for this highly reputable personal hygiene company.
Your daily tasks would include:
  • Answering inbound calls, responding to emails and order entry
  • Providing information about current products and promotions
  • Sales and retention of existing customers
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Using task allocation programs.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Understanding of retail, manufacturing and/or distribution industries
  • Outstanding communication and customer management skills
  • Capable, self-managed and highly organised
  • Attention to detail whilst juggling multiple tasks.
This full time, fixed-term contract (due to cease in March 2021) operates on a 40 hour rotating roster between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday with an attractive salary on offer to the right candidate.
