Customer Service Advocate

This thriving and ever-growing business in the heart of Sydney is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join their team! The position is full time, Monday to Friday, and offers the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. With a strong team culture and passion this position is the hub where all clients have their first positive interaction. With full training and ongoing coaching, this opportunity provides a strong foundation to ensure you are set up for success.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Answering inbound new client enquiries on a national level
  • Creating and updating new client files in the system
  • Booking new client appointments nationally
  • Sending and saving emails and correspondence
  • Sending out new client packs
  • Responding to online and email enquiries
  • Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed
  • Liaising with internal and external stake holders in a professional and friendly manner
  • Liaise with Management regarding issues, timeline scheduling and client escalations
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
To be successful you must have the following
  • Proven previous experience within a customer service position highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse client base with empathy and professionalism
  • Capable of working within a team as well as independently
  • Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Willingness to work onsite full time during probation
