Customer Service Officer

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide professional and superior customer service to the Property tenants of the business precinct as well as providing relief assistance to the Customer Service team when required.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • To provide friendly, professional and courteous customer service to all tenants through positive interaction
  • To provide timely and effective responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with the management and other team members
  • Ensure the revenue clearances and reconciliation to machine statements are completed accurately and efficiently as to agreed timeframe.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and audit of machine and operational floats are completed accurately and efficiently as to agreed timeframe.
  • Invoicing and renewals including programming of cards and updating records are completed accurately and efficiently as to agreed timeframe.
  • Ensure observation of all security recommendations and protocols are maintained and communicated as necessary.
  • Conduct and report any incident & WHS hazard via correct reporting processes
  • Complete data entry as required for weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct regular patrols of precinct parking areas, short term zones and restricted zones, including the issuing of warnings and parking infringement notices
  • Conduct preventative and general maintenance of all parking equipment including signs, gates, ticket and receipt stocks, float and change management, voucher machines, intercoms, and general office equipment.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Senior Management team
To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Ability to develop and foster positive relationships to manage ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by the Team Leader and/or Executive Management team.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Must always be professionally presented with a professional manner.
  • Ability to work autonomously
Please note that this role will be have two shift times: 7:30am to 4:30pm and 9:00am to 6:00pm including 1-hour break.
