Customer Service Officer - APS 4|5

Our client, a government department are seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide high quality and timely customer service and administrative support.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process bookings, payments, prepare briefs, handle any queries and complaints
  • Deliver timely customer service and maintain high quality at the same time
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide high quality output applying public service values and work practices
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail
  • High-level written and oral communication skills
