Customer Service Representatives Needed!

We are currently recruiting experienced Customer Service Representatives for both temporary and permanent positions within the Western Sydney Region!

If you can easily adapt to new environments, enjoy variety in your work, have professional presentation, are confident and resourceful, then this could be the opportunity for you!

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Receiving and responding to inbound calls and emails
  • Creating sales quotes
  • Raising job orders, booking call outs and processing invoices
  • High level of data entry
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI's
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Selection Criteria:
  • Experience in a corporate customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Committed and focused team player
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Flexibility and own transport highly regarded
