Data and Process Analyst

Our client is driving a complex and exciting social reform to benefit Australians with a disability. As a newly formed large and complex organisation, there is scope to develop multiple processes conducted across the country. As a Process Design Manager you will be part of a team tasked to create new as well as map and improve current process in a range of operational activities.

 

You will work with the Business Owners to develop and implement ‘To-Be’ process maps and artefacts to embed lasting process change.

You will facilitate and support workshops, working with stakeholders to define process, perform gap analysis, identify current issues and develop future state process maps.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Experience in a number of delivery methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2 whilst maintaining a customer-centric focus.
  • Ability to design and document end–end process design across all service delivery, corporate and engagement areas with tangible, sustained business benefits
  • Expertise in Business Process Modelling mapping full end to end business processes
  • Competency and experience in data analysis, statistical software and business intelligence tools - SAS VA, Tableau or PowerBI desirable
  • Lean Six Sigma – minimum Green Belt qualification
  • Working knowledge of various project methodologies e.g. Agile, PMP, Prince2, Prosci/ ADKAR
  • experience with Business Process Modelling software and notation standards e.g. XSOL, BPMN2.0
