The Delivery Office Lead provides program delivery support to the head of the Delivery Office, including implementing strategies to support the achievement of the Program's strategic and operational objectives. The Delivery Office Lead will provide guidance, planning assistance, coordination, and compliance recommendations to Delivery Team Leads and Project Managers and their team members, as they proceed through the delivery lifecycle. The Delivery Office Lead will implement, monitor, and report on strategic, operational and project plans to inform decision making and support achievement of the Program's objectives.

Full Requirements – Responsibilities
- Undertake high level support duties (including at 2ic capacity) for the head of the Delivery Office
- Scheduling and arranging deep dives and facilitated sessions, Kanban activities, assisting in facilitating problem and issues workshops, anticipating issues, undertaking.
- Research, taking minutes and monitoring implementation of outputs and actions.
- Tracks and monitors service delivery issues and risks related to the delivery of the services.
- Prepares periodic and specialised ad-hoc management reports.
- Process financial transaction documents in accordance with policy, procedures, and relevant legislation for all applicable tasks
- Liaises with vendors, and contract resources in relation to routine contract matters.
- Assists in the preparation of contract management tasks to support an effective transition to Business-as-Usual Operations.
- Other duties as required in accordance with strategic objectives, transition to BAU, business plans, local workload priorities and performance management plans.
- Comply with all work, health and safety policies and procedures, and take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of employees, contractors and visitors who may be affected by your conduct.

- The candidate must state their agreement to have or obtain (at client expense) a baseline security clearance. Desirable
